Upgrade config_provider for Drupal 11.2 compatibility, expand core compatibility testing in GitLabCI

Problem/Motivation

This module depends on config_provider which was affected by changes introduced in Drupal 11.2.

Related Drupal core change records:

A new release of Config Provider is going to be created with this change.

Currently the GitLab CI configuration for this module only runs tests/checks using the current version of Drupal core.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

We should update the minimum version constraint for config_provider in this modules composer.json file (once a new Config Provider release is available) and create a new release to signal that changes have been made.

It would also be good to expand Drupal core compatibility testing with previous/next versions in GitLab CI configuration to detect potential future core compatibility issues.
