Not able to edit the image added in CKEDITOR

Which module provides admin/config/content/embed/button? Would you please update the steps to reproduce from the basis of a new Drupal installation? Are there browser console errors?

The entity_embed module provided the functionality to add a custom entity.

I just found out that this is not a core issue but is caused by the entity_embed module.
