The drupalorg_jsonapi source should explicitly have the name "Browse modules" for its local task

Problem/Motivation

The drupalorg_jsonapi source's administrative label is "Contrib modules", which makes sense, but it also is used as the title of the menu tab exposed by that source. That is less good. Drupal CMS includes a heavy ECA-based workaround to rename it to "Browse modules", but I think that change should happen directly in Project Browser. "Browse modules" simply makes more sense as the tab name, and it is possible for the tab name to be different from the source's admin label.
