Adding components to folders through contextual menu

Overview

Allow adding components to a folder in bulk through a contextual menu action.

Proposed resolution

Components can be added to folders via drag & drop ( ✨ Adding components to folders with drag & drop Active ) — one at a time. Implement a new contextual menu action that opens a dialog that allows selecting one or multiple components to be added to the folder.
