Adding components to folders with drag & drop

Allow users to place components inside folders with drag & drop.

Allow dragging components into new folders (either from the root level or from an existing folder) within Components, Dynamic components, and Code.
Keep the ordering within folders alphabetically. # will address different sorting options.
Allow empty folders.
