Error when trying use created/updated/expired fields in a view

Problem/Motivation

I see an error when trying to add a Created, Updated, or Expired fields in a view.

The error text:

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'salesforce_push_queue.salesforce_push_queue_timestamp' in 'field list':

Steps to reproduce

Go to view (Salesforce push queue data) and add the Created, Updated, or Expired field.

Proposed resolution

Adjust the corresponding view field handler.
