Fix PHPStan violations

Problem/Motivation

This is a follow up issue on 📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for entity_language_fallback Needs review , in which a .gitlab CI file has been added in. Once that is merged we should re-enable checks on phpstan and fix the violations accordingly
