Integrate with Simple Sitemap

Problem/Motivation

When using the Simple Sitemap module it would be useful to automatically get the list of pages to check directly from it, instead of having to manually pass in the URL to the sitemap(s).

Proposed resolution

Add an option in Warmer CDN to automatically load the paths from Simple Sitemap.

Add an option in Warmer CDN to automatically load the paths from Simple Sitemap.
Test coverage.

User interface changes

An option would exist on the Warmer CDN settings to interact with Simple Sitemap directly.
