Update tests to support Drupal 11.2.x

Because of incompatibility issues in dependencies, tests were locked to Drupal 11.1.x version.

Now the contrib issue ✨ Add support for Drupal 11.2.x and PHPUnit 11.x Active is resolved - we can remove this lock and test with the latest Drupal.
