Edit Style Drupal Menu Items That Use <nolink> Without Child Items (Rendered as <span>) in Mega Menu mode

All menu templates have been updated to handle only span elements inside li.
Please feel free to use the dev branch and test the changes.

If you have used any of the Solo menu templates in a project, you can update your template with the new version.

There remains just a little padding difference between an a tag inside a menu entry and only a span. Please screenshots.

The span is positioned with a padding top/bottom of 10px.
