Install Commerce core

Describe your bug or feature request.

Can't install commerce core. All dependencies install fine but the commerce module on install gets the warning: Warning: Undefined array key "commerce" in Drupal\system\Form\ModulesListConfirmForm->buildMessageList()

In my php logs I also get the error: Uncaught PHP Exception TypeError: "Drupal\\Component\\Utility\\Html::escape(): Argument #1 ($text) must be of type string, null given

If a bug, provide steps to reproduce it from a clean install.

Clean install of Drupal 11.2.2
Add commerce via composer
Try to enable commerce module

Found the error while installing the commerce module via Drush:

[error] Unable to install module 'commerce' due to unmet requirement(s):
- Commerce requires the BC Math PHP extension.

Installed the extension and all is good now.
