Expose a public api for input and output definitions for a tool

Problem/Motivation

Apart from Title and Description, two things quite critical for tool operation is what kind of input does it "support" and what format does its output looks like.

This would enhance the AI Agents to be able to provide correct values and work with tool's output more efficiently.
