Allow for HTML in option text and description

Problem/Motivation

I'm not sure if this is a bug report of feature request, but I'm leaning to the former, as I believe there should be possibility to use all features of webform checkboxes and radios elements with this module. Currently, there are 2 issues with option text:

• option text can contain HTML, which is rendered just fine in the form, but as a text in the reults
• if there's option description, it's rendered as part of the option text with -- delimiter, instead of separate element
