Handle catalan and languages with language code mismatch

Problem/Motivation

In a website using the Catalan language, localised date strings are not loaded because flatpickr uses 'cat' for the language code while Drupal uses 'ca'.

Proposed resolution

Implement a mapping between drupal language codes and flatpickr language codes.
