Route "entity.page_variant.edit_form" does not exist.

Thanks for your time. You followed correct steps, I dug little to find issue and found that this module is conflicting with entity_usage:8.x-2.0-beta24 module. by uninstalling this module there is no error.
Need to investigate cause of this behaviour on entity_usage module.

This error also appears on config synchronization of pae-variants.
Adding patch for the issue.

Now I can confirm this issue persists and able to resolve the issue using the patch
