Warning on config form caused by empty last run

Warning: Trying to access array offset on false in Drupal\pp_taxonomy_manager\PPTaxonomyManager::checkPPChanges() (line 2001 of modules/contrib/pp_taxonomy_manager/src/PPTaxonomyManager.php).

This call to $config->getLastLog($vid); returns false on the first setup.
