[Meta] Create widgets for all data types

Problem/Motivation

Tool API provides automatic form generation based on defined ArgumentDefinitions. This issue will be a META issue to plan and discuss the remaining data types we want to cover prior to release. Individual widget creation will be handled per issue. Additional issues may be necessary for allowing exceptions to behavior based on non data_type rules.

Additionally I want to make sure we credit @fago and @tr where possible as we have taken a lot of inspiration from TypedData → , but at least currently have no plans to implement that project directly.
