Problem/Motivation

The mailgun/mailgun-php v3 does not support PHP 8.4

Steps to reproduce

Use the module on a PHP 8.4 server and see the deprecated errors come through

Proposed resolution

Allow either v3 or v4.3 of the mailgun/mailgun-php library to be used
