1.5.3. Admin Route & Controller

Add an admin page route in flowdrop_ui.routing.yml at /admin/structure/flowdrop/workflows.
Create a controller to:
- Render the Svelte container div.
- Attach necessary libraries for frontend bootstrapping.
- Pass contextual data (CSRF token, API endpoints) as Drupal settings.
