  • Introduce FlowDropNodeExecutionException for controlled error reporting.
  • Support configurable error handling strategies:
    • Fail-fast mode (default) – Stops workflow on first error.
    • Skip-failed mode – Marks node as failed but continues execution of downstream nodes where possible.
  • Record execution results to a flowdrop_job entity for audit and future UI visualization.
