1.3.3. Create Example Node Processors

Create 2-3 sample processors to validate system:
- StartNodeProcessor – Emits a static payload.
- LogNodeProcessor – Logs input payload to watchdog for debugging.
- TransformNodeProcessor – Applies simple data transformation (optional for demo).
Each processor should:
- Define a label and category via annotation or plugin definition.
- Implement process() returning standardized output array for next node.
