This is a duplicate of 🐛 The following module is marked as installed in the core.extension configuration, but it is missing: webform_shortcuts Active .
Trying to upgrade from 6.3.0-beta2 to 6.3.0-beta3/6.3.0-beta 4 fails if the webform_shortcuts submodule is installed.
Install and enable webform and webform_shortcuts 6.3.0-beta2.
Update to 6.3.0-beta4 fails.
