Hi Jürgen and Team,

I want to set the unit item price to a different value as soon as the add to cart form is displayed.

Prerequisite:

Customers have one or more "Special Prices" in their account. This is an entity relationship to a node of type "Special Price", which in turn is
- related to a product variation
- has a price field.

The shop admin can thus assign specific products, each with its own price, to the customer.

I have already successfully created the condition for when the price field should be changed.

As a sidenote: I've also been able to implement price adjustments with ECA Form using an extra price field ("field_temporary_price"). However, this is very cumbersome, and even after a lot of work, the price is still not consistent.

Goal:

When the customer calls up a product for which they have received a custom price from the shop admin, the custom price should be displayed. Of course, this price should remain consistent for all subsequent actions (further promotions, paid additional features, etc.) and, above all, until the product is added to the shopping cart.

Questions:

Can the goal be achieved via ECA Commerce?
What would the event be?
What would the action be?
