Contextual menu insert

Problem/Motivation

Following 📌 Contextual menu enhancement Active could be great to have an insert menu to be able to add a component / block / preset in the slot clicked.

There is 2 issues:

• The floating part on the menu will not apply on submenu, there is perhaps a conflict with shoelace
• The list of items is somehow a duplicate of islands components, blocks and presets, probably need to extract the logic to have it common
