Action: redirect to route

I don't remember such a feature request, but I've had related thoughts around this topic myself before. We do have a few places where URLs are required, and it would often be handy to use routes instead. So, I was wondering if we should build an action plugin that gives us a URL from a route? That URL would be stored in a token and could then be used in any of those other actions.
