I probably should document this in a better place than in the release note →
To use the migration tool you should be able to do
drush en klaro_migrator
This will enable the migrator tab.As a good precaution, do this on a non-production environment first to make sure the results are as you expect.
I'll leave this as need more information, if it works for you then please feel free to close this as fixed.
