[PP-1] Consider adding ramsey/uuid for hash-based UUID (v5) generation for default files

Overview

📌 `JavaScriptComponent` config entities must support default images: `File` content entity dependency, base64-encoded upon export Active adds a home-grown sha256 based generation of a hash-based UUID
ramsey/uuid is the defacto UUID solution for the PHP ecosystem and contains an implementation of UUID v5 - which is a sha256 based UUID generation.

Evaluate adding the dependency
Add it
Use the library to generate uuids based on the file contents
