As with #3537714: If a menu is empty, hide the menu section instead of displaying an empty section → , the change proposed in the patch had already been merged in #3249739: Hide sections from sitemap if lists are empty → in March 2022, and included in 8 releases since then (including the latest one), so I need more information from the person who wrote the ticket about why this ticket exists.
