@bhogue Have you created any content types, taxonomy terms, or any product types, if yes then you suppose to see them as a selection field, and based on them you can ask questions to the chatbot. It will provide you answer based on the prompted selection.

And please share screenshot of issue you are having, so that i can verify.
The concept and also the installation and configuration mechanics seem interesting. I have the module installed on a test site with five pages of content (basic page content). Following the installation and configuration steps, only the block title appears. Is there anything specific I can do?

The issue you experienced with only the block title appearing has been fixed in the latest changes. Could you please reinstall the module and test it again on your site? This should now display the expected chatbot functionality along with the block content.If you still face any issues after reinstalling, please let me know the details of your setup so I can help troubleshoot further.
