Validate API url to have whitelisted domains and https only support

Problem/Motivation

API url is currently using validate_element for API url which handles the basic validation.
This field allows http url also and also any domain be entered.

Proposed resolution

  1. Add https only support and update the field description
  2. Add whitelisted domains like *.monsido.com or monsido.com
