AgentValidationException, AgentProcessingException, AgentPermissionsException should also be retried

Problem/Motivation

Currently only the unclear ContextException gets retried in a tool, but we should also retry when AgentValidationException, AgentPermissionsException and AgentProcessingException is thrown.

Proposed resolution

Make the agent still work and retry on the three exceptions.
