Write a suite for Experience Builder and check any issue

Problem/Motivation

Experience Builder has a set of agents now, that works fairly well. However we need to put that to the tests.

Since the testing framework has only ever been built with Drupal CMS Agents in mind, I will add this issue here, rather then in XB, to fix probable bugs found along the way.

The most interesting issue is the layout agent, to see what it can and can't understand in terms of prompts and give feedback on this.

Remaining tasks

Test the orchestration agent so it gives out correct tasks to the correct agent.
Test each agent to make sure that they do choose the right tools and structure.
