Migrate: CiviCRM Contacts

Problem/Motivation

Many organizations use CiviCRM. Being able to migrate the data will go along way towards adoption.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

1. Create a module 'crm_migrate_civicrm'
2. Create CiviCRM source migration plugins
3. Write a migrate config

📌 Address/Phone/Email CRUD access control Active needs to be complete before Email, Telephone, and Address can be migrated.
