Better logic in assets

Problem/Motivation

Currently we have some css/js to the components and some more global in assets/.
The assets was used because we cannot have multiple js file in a component, like the display_builder, and I still want to split the js for logic and readability.

We should review the logic in splitting this css/js to make it more consistent and logic.
