Before converting contexts to ECA, we need to document what functionality the contexts provide and whether an existing ECA plugin could be used or if we would need to create a custom Islandora ECA plugin.
This task is to evaluate the Indexing contexts in Islandora starter site:
- Try to recreate existing indexing contexts with ECA (and the contrib ECA modules)
- Create new tasks for any plugins that we would need to build

It would make a good project for someone who is new to the Drupal contribution process. It's preferred over Newbie.
Updated the sheet with the overview of what the existing "Indexing" contexts are doing and suggested equivalent ECA conditions. Actions will likely need to be implemented to handle the interacting with any external messaging queue.
