Compatibility with Drupal 11.2.2

Problem/Motivation

On Drupal 11.2.2 I get the following error

PHP Fatal error:  Declaration of Drupal\rocketship_core\RocketshipConfigInstaller::installDefaultConfig($type, $name) must be compatible with Drupal\Core\Config\ConfigInstallerInterface::installDefaultConfig($t
ype, $name, Drupal\Core\Config\DefaultConfigMode $mode = Drupal\Core\Config\DefaultConfigMode::All) in /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/rocketship_core/src/RocketshipConfigInstaller.php on line 69

Steps to reproduce

Run drush updb after updating a site to Drupal 11.2.2
