split off schedule collection items to a separate template with template suggestions for bin colour

On our site, we'd like to add something to show the bin colour on each item in the schedule.

Move the LI for each collection item to its own theme template, with template suggestions for each bin colour.

Move the logic for dates and labels into the controller, as the collection dates are now a render array.
