Error when installing mailchimp_signup module

Reviewing it

I followed your instruction to reproduce the error but I didn't get any error while enabling the module using drush.
Please let me know if I'm missing something.

My drush version: 13.6.0

This is the command i install a minimal site

drush si minimal \
  --yes \
  --sites-subdir=default \
  --db-url="sqlite://sites/default/files/.ht.database.sqlite?module=sqlite" \
  --verbose

When done i run the following

drush en -y mailchimp_signup

The result:
