Weekly Pipeline schedule

Problem/Motivation

Changes to Drupal core can effect the name project. Currently the pipeline is only run in regards to MRs and completed MRs. Running the pipeline regularly can proactively find problems.

Setup a Pipeline schedule to run once a week.
