Provide method to export log items from the AI Logging module

The AI Logging module should be able to export logs to an external system (e.g. file system or bucket, DB, etc.,).

Steps to reproduce (required for bugs, but not feature requests)

I will list these steps even though it is not required:

1. Install AI module
2. Install AI Logging module
3. Configure and enable exports (e.g., into specified directory, etc.,)
