Suggestion for: (2148661) Commerce clone product variation documentation

Jr. is working on the DRUPAL commerce 11.1 project based on

which I installed on my local server and I find it quite good.
Unfortunately, I've been experiencing crashes for a week now when adding a currency, particularly EURO.
Here's the type of message I keep getting:

Drupal commerce with multiple currencies Uncaught PHP Exception Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityStorageException:
The provided prices have mismatched currencies: 1398 EUR, 0 USD. at core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/Sql/SqlContentEntityStorage.php line 815.
Does anyone have a solution? Drupal Core Version 11.2.2
