Hi, here's a suggestion patch, detached from MR11.

The module profoundly modifies the functioning of tmgmt.
This includes the definition of storage of tmgmt entities, but also the Views allowing the management of jobs.
One of the major changes is the move of the target language parameter from the main job level to the job_item level.

With these changes, we have multiple content and multiple target languages in a single job
instead of one job for each target language.
