Add a view filter allowing to list if an entity is referenced

Being able to build a list that shows only entities that are or are-not referenced would be useful.
Maybe it's achievable trough view relations and such, if so would be nice to know how.
As a workaround this patch adds a view filter that can do that.
It's limited to node, media and file entities since relevant tables are hard-coded.
