Update to support AI 1.2.x

Since there are significant differences I suggest that we only support AI version 1.2 or later. Before then, the AI ECA integration has already been in the AI module and removing it from there in 1.2 only should be sufficient.

This module is now compatible with 1.2 and later, only. As well as with ECA 2 and ECA 3. Whether this should also be made compatible with AI 1.1 should be addressed in a separate issue, if that's required.
