Improve padding and formatting with social sharing icons

Problem/Motivation

The current scss/css rules work well when the block-system-main-block block is the last-child. Some upcoming changes in the Event Platform will add a social sharing block, which will break this formatting.

Proposed resolution

Move the selector to be less specific, and optimize the formatting of the social sharing icons.
