String + Domain Config causes circular reference for service 'entity_type.manager'

Problem/Motivation

Circular reference detected for service "entity_type.manager", path: "config_split.cli -> config_split.manager -> config.manager -> entity_type.manager -> string_translation -> string_translator.string -> domain.negotiator".

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable the **String** module.
2. Install and enable the **Domain** and **Domain Config** modules.

The error appears after performing these steps or clearing the cache.

The issue is caused by the file: `domain/domain_config/src/DomainConfigOverrider.php`.
