I cannot save the View successfully.
Temporarily removing the Field Formatter Class module solves the issue and I am able to make and use View containing a Form field.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the Field Formatter Class since it used ubiquitously on our site as I suspect is the case in many others' too given it popularity.

According to the issuer, patch from
#3473891-11: WSOD: Call to undefined method ...::getEntity() →
solves the issue if applied to field_formatter_class module.
@vensires, yes, thank you, I applied the patch from #11 and all is fine for now.
If it gets through and gets ported back to D10 then we're all good ;-)
