Finish ad content revisioning integration

Problem/Motivation

Inside 🐛 Fix missing mandatory "AdContent" entity revision keys Active we already implemented the mandatory entity keys. But we still don't have links, dedicated permissions and access handler implementations for the revisioning feature.

There might be further revisioning implementations missing. Use the core media module as a template.
