This is a planning issue, to generate an overall strategy for making sure sites that using the Event Platform are set up with best practices to be optimized for social sharing. This could include:

- Sharing links on all pages, especially articles, terms, and sessions
- A block with links to social profiles
- Include and configure Generate (Social Media) Image, ideally with some configuration automatically populated from Event Horizon settings, if active
- Create a social optimized image style
- Populate Open Graph and Twitter Card metatags

We could also consider setting social media login, for example using Social Auth Google, but that's somewhat tangential to the spirit of this issue.

We could also consider something to implement automated social posts, but many consider this an anti-pattern. So setting up auto posting (for example, as sessions are confirmed by the authors) could be documented and each camp or event can choose for themselves.

Finally, some camps may want to display one or more social feeds on their website. The Social Feed module currently lacks a D11-ready release, so one or more alternatives would be needed. Embedding social platform widgets is also possible, but often requires some significant setup, including getting a developer account for the platform, registering and application, and so on.
