It looks like you have custom templating. The class name was changed to meet coding standards. You need to change btnCopy to btn-copy in your template.
Copied link URL isn't copied to the clipboard.
Click the 'Copy link' text. The 'Link copied' text is displayed but the link isn't in the clipboard.

The Share article section is at the bottom of the page just before the dark blue footer.
Tested on Chrome, Firefox and Edge on Windows and Chrome on a Mac.
'Copy current page url to clipboard' and 'Enable Better Social Sharing Buttons display field for nodes' are ticked in the settings page.
